The Director of Shared Services is charged with leading & driving strategy, focusing on employee development and providing customer service, for the Finance Shared Services Organization. The role will be responsible for setting up new teams as well as effectively strengthening the core of the existing teams that are already in place. This role will be directly supported by two Sr. Managers who are responsible for specific segments of the Finance Shared Services processes and will partner closely with the Shared Services Operations team on SLA’s, metrics, transition of processes & QA. The Shared Service function provides a service to majority of the global finance teams and processes including Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay & Record to Report, the current strength of the team is ~45/50 employees with a potential to grow to ~60/70 employees within the next 12 months. Further this role will support processes across the different entities with internal customers around the globe (Americas, EMEA & APAC).
This position will be based out Noida office in India and will report to the Sr. Director of Finance who is responsible for the overall Shared Services delivery model within Finance & is based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts USA. Further, this position will operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST.
This position is accountable for the financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
